By booking a tour, purchasing a gift card, or using this website, you agree to the terms outlined here. If you do not accept any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services. We may revise these terms from time to time, and your continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated version.

Tour reservations are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through our booking partner. Departure times, durations, and pricing are listed on each tour page and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any tour due to weather, low enrollment, or circumstances beyond our control, in which case we will offer a comparable alternative or a refund.

Cancellation policies vary by tour and are displayed at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made within the stated notice window qualify for a full or partial refund, while last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method.

Complimentary pickup is offered from most hotels and accommodations within our service area. You are responsible for providing accurate pickup details and being ready at the scheduled time. If a location falls outside our route, we will suggest the nearest available pickup point. Missed pickups due to late arrivals may not be refundable.

Guests are expected to follow the instructions of our guides and drivers at all times for everyone's safety and enjoyment. We may refuse service, or remove a guest from a tour, for disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior without refund. Children must be accompanied by an adult, and all passengers must wear seatbelts when the vehicle is in motion.

We strive to accommodate guests of all abilities and encourage you to contact us in advance regarding any mobility, dietary, or medical needs so we can make suitable arrangements. Some plantation and swamp sites involve walking on uneven terrain or boarding boats; guests participate at their own risk and should assess their own fitness for the activities described.
